Very Important!
The weight of each screen must be between 2 and 9 kg. If the screen weighs less than 2 kg, the arm will always raise automatically, and if it weighs more than 9 kg, it will always lower automatically. This means the screen cannot work with this mount.
After installing the screen, adjust the arm strength using the adjustment screws (see Figure in step 3 of the manual) until the screens are in the desired, stable position. To prevent the screens from automatically raising or lowering, the arms must be adjusted to the correct strength.
If you notice that the screen automatically rises upwards, you need to decrease the arm force by turning the adjustment screw in the “-” direction until the screen remains in the desired, stable position (if the arm force is correctly adjusted, the screen should not automatically rise or lower).
If you notice that the screen automatically lowers, you need to increase the arm strength by turning the adjustment screw in the “+” direction until the screen is in the desired, stable position (if the arm strength is correctly adjusted, the screen should not automatically raise or lower).
Once you've adjusted the arms to the correct strength, you can adjust the height of the screens by raising or lowering them with your hands, and the screens will stay in the desired position.
